Confidentiality

CortexHive is a pre-launch product. Everything you see (the product, its features, pricing, screenshots, agent behavior, and any information we share with you as a beta user) is confidential. You agree not to publicly post, screenshot-share, or disclose it to anyone outside your own use, without our written permission, until CortexHive publicly launches.

Beta status — use at your own risk

CortexHive is in active development. It may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time, without notice. It is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business decision made based on CortexHive's output during the beta period.

You are interacting with AI

CortexHive is powered by AI agents. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on any output, including financial, legal, medical, or other advice-shaped content, without independently verifying it yourself. This applies at the start of every session, not just this one.

Your data

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for what we store and why. Short version: account email, agent configs, conversation history, uploaded files, usage/cost data, and (if you connect one) your encrypted Claude subscription token or API key. No selling your data, no training our own models on your inputs.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by California law.

CortexHive is operated by Madero Films (operating as CortexHive), a brand owned and operated by Fernando Madero.
